People are the most important resource to Region XII (C.O.O.L.J.C.) and it's ministries. Human Resources does the following for the church and its ministries:

  • Recruits
  • Trains
  • Develops
  • Manages growth
  • Ensures that they are motivated and engaged
  • Working towards the same goals and objectives

Human resource management is a key aspect of Region XII's operations and is the process of managing people within, to achieve the Region's goals and objectives.

Effective human resource management (Church management software) helps to ensure that the Region's goals and objectives are achieved, and that everyone is working towards the same goals and objectives. It involves recruiting, training, and developing, as well as managing their growth and ensuring that they are motivated and engaged.

The following are the key initiatives and actions that need to be taken to improve human resources management within the Region.

Objective 1: Develop a human resources management plan for the Region

We will achieve this objective by taking the following actions:

  • Identify key human resources needs for the Region.
  • Develop a human resources management plan to meet the needs of key human resources.
  • Implement the human resources management plan and monitor its effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the human resources management plan and make adjustments as needed.
  • Develop a succession plan for key human resources positions.
  • Develop a mentoring program for new human resources.
  • Develop a coaching program for existing human resources.
  • Develop a training program for all human resources.
  • Develop a performance management system for all human resources.
  • Develop a rewards and recognition program for all human resources.
  • Develop a feedback system for all human resources.
  • Develop a communication system for all human resources.

Objective 2: Develop a human resources pipeline

Developing a human resources pipeline is essential for ensuring that the Region continues to have a strong ministry team in place to achieve its goals, objectives and we can identify potential human resources within the Region and provide them with the training and support they need to succeed. This will help to ensure that the Region has a strong human resources team in place to achieve its goals and objectives.

When we develop a human resources pipeline, we can identify (Management software) potential human sources within the Region and provide them with the training and support they need to succeed.
